.Biography: Alicia Le Starshyne was born in the late 1920s in Peoria, Illinois before her family moves to Chicago to a French father named Dolan and a British mother named Jewel who were both Bengal cat immigrants from their native homelands. She is the older sister of Daniel and Stephenie Le Starshyne and she grew up with her childhood best friends, Oliver Red (an American Red Squirrel) and Jack Russell (a Jack Russell terrier dog). Oliver had a love interest with Alicia since they met, but Jack's developed in his teens. Since her childhood, Alicia was a talented actress in school plays and a beautiful singer. During the Great Depression and her teenage years to provide support for her family, she is employed at the exclusive Feral Vixen nightclub in Chicago as a lounge club singer that is owned by the infamous and feared gangster, Tommy Gun Tuxedo, the most powerful mob boss in America.

In the early 1940s, Alicia's parents decided to move to the West Coast to live with their relatives since opportunity in Chicago is small for them. Alicia share her goodbyes with Oliver before leaving with her family. Oliver promises her they will meet again, but regrets not telling her his feelings for her.

A few years later, Alicia became an actress and got a leading role in an upcoming drama film named Fairplay Nights at First National Studios in Los Angeles. Oliver encounters her and saw her singing and acting performance during the capture for a wanted murderer working for Tommy Gun Tuxedo. Oliver tries to secretly start a relationship with Alicia but his current situation with stopping Tommy Gun Tuxedo got in the way.

Alicia assists Oliver and the Lucky Mavericks Squad in stopping Tommy Gun Tuxedo and rescues Jack when kidnapped by him. When Oliver discovers that she and Jack are in a relationship, he accepted it. Afterward, Alicia gave him a kiss for his compassion. Due to the success of Fairplay Nights, Alicia became one of Hollywood's most popular and beloved actresses and singers of the time.

She's a talented singer and actress since her youth, enjoys singing for fun and when entertaining her friends. She has good street smarts and self-defense skills due to living a childhood in poverty.
